I dare say it's just giving him a real long All-Star break to hear everything that ails him

If we did that, we would likely get 0.02 to the dollar considering his contract with the poison pill and all of the injuries.

People who want to trade gordon by this time next week are fricking idiots.

They wouldn't list a sprained hand then when he already has known problems with the knee and back.

I guarantee Fletcher Mackel adds some commentary about trading EG on twitter tonight.

Sadly, you're probably right

Maybe some team right on the cusp of having a real good/competing for championships kind of team will over pay for him and we get some solid stuff in return

Man, in retrospect him going to PHX might have been a blessing in disguise for the franchise

Why is that?

Because he's been so wonderful in the occasional once a week game he manages to play?

EG will have value regardless. High priced, injury prone retreads get dealt all the time. And they are way older.

We'd have to trade him sooner than later until we reach a point of no return.

No because like I said earlier, we won't get much for him. This season is a wash anyway so there is no point to make a move on the whim just because the "now" isn't ideal.

Lets just get through this season, get another lottery pick and see where Gordon's health is at next season when we are in more of a position to compete for a playoff seed.

Because we have 0 leverage. You answered this post with your own post above.

Hopefull some team out there will trade something good for a over-paid, overrated, shitty attitude, no personality, made of glass SG

We could only hope

It isn't really about his health.

He's a pussy, and he has a shitty attitude, and honestly I haven't really seen anything from him in the rare occasion his glass body actually touches the court that he's anything particularly special.

I agree with the leverage and waiting and all of that that everyone is saying.

I'm just disappointed that the franchise made what is starting to look like a very poor decision in bringing this dude back in the off-season.
