Better hope not. Mavs look really good.

The 4vs5 matchup may end up being Mavs and Pelicans at this rate. Clippers look old as dirt
im shocked how awful they played the past couple nights at home being the crunch time that it is. As of now they just blew home court. Their schedule weakens so hopefully that lasts.

ETA or are they already past their easy stretch and just played like shite?

Remaining schedule for Clips actually looks pretty tough. Lots of teams with winning records on there. 8/11 have winning records. Pels gonna frick around and finish with home court

All the teams in this 4-8 hunt have pretty tough schedules when I looked through them. Wish BI were healthy but if we can find a way to end up 4 or 5 I'll be thrilled

I think we are a lock for the 4 or 5. Clips schedule isn’t easy, Dallas has 4 home games left, Suns and Kings schedule is brutal and we have the tiebreaker on Clips and Kings with a chance for Dallas to lose to Houston twice to get that one and us to beat the Suns twice to get that tiebreaker.

we may end up wanting the clippers to win games so that they stay at the 5 seed at this rate

We’ve caught them, but the next 5 games will tell the tale

Rough stretch so any seed is basically possible at this point.

Clippers dropping games left and right was not on the bingo card but happy to see it.

Our playoffs however, start tonight.

Everyone bitching about bad losses to good teams would melt twice as hard if they were mavs, clips, or suns fans rn. They are all losing games to bad teams.

Especially clipper fans. If I had kawhi pg13 and harden I would expect to win a lot of games.

Tonights game for Pels will be okay with either outcome. In reality we want the Thunder to win the West if want aspirations of making a WCF to remain.

Exactly. Why assessing quality of wins is total bullshite. Just get the W no matter the opponent. You dont get higher seeding based on the higher quality of wins.

I get the high hopes but with this west conf my goal is get home court and get out the first round. To me anything after that is just gravy. I think for this team- getting homecourt would be big and help in us beating the clippers.

Pels will need to finish the season strong to beat out the clippers by one game for home court.

Realistically I see them finishing 6-4 so we need to win 7 of our remaining games in order to clinch home court IMO.
