The main impact I see is that we go from no dead weight to a wasted roster spot. Between Meli, Hart and Kenrich you should have enough depth to cover any production Miller would have given you.

I feel like one of Kenrich and Miller was going to be inactive every night anyway. This just ensures that it's going to be Miller.

miller can be replaced on the roster with a DPE

I really hate to see this. I may be in the minority here, but I feel like he was going to have a productive year. Griff must have thought that as well, by giving him the contract he did. Darius seems like a solid guy off the court as well.

Hoping for a speedy recovery for Darius!

There have been 20 achilles tears in nba over past 15 years plus this new injury in off season.
