Dragic has a player option, I think, for something like $18m. No idea if he’s exercising it or not.

#14 I take Sekou (doubt he falls that far) if there, otherwise Bol Bol (most likely)

I pick up the options on all the guys except Stanley, I re-sign him to a minimum deal to see if he can make any improvements in his game with an extra season

Going into free agency I have:
Smart/Frank
Jrue/Moore
Tatum/Kenrich/Stanley/Hill
Zion/Wood/Yabusele/Diallo
Williams/Okafor/Bol

That should put us at $94.8 million in salary, leaving us about 14.2 million in space..

With the space, I go after Brogdon, offer him 3 years 54 million. Once that's agreed to, make it a S&T using Moore, leaving us at about 5 million in room, but I hold on to that for now and go into the season with the roster the way it is..

Starting 5:
Brogdon
Jrue
Tatum
Zion
Williams or Okafor (depends on matchup)

Bench:
Smart
Frank
Kenrich
Wood
Okafor and Bol

Closing 5:
Smart
Jrue
Brogdon
Tatum
Zion

I would see how Bol Bol is progressing and keep an eye on the market for another big if needed (hence holding on to the cap space)

I know there is speculation that the Hawks may resign the Dedmon, But I really want him paired next to Zion

Take Smart out. You're wasting your time including him in hypotheticals that will never materialize. Replace him with Jalen Brown and you'll be closer to reality

Don’t start Smart then. Post your alternative plan given the parameters of the OP.

you can if you wanted to start Smart, Jrue, Tatum.

get a big like Lopez that can shoot a 3 or a stretch 4 that can mix in the rotation.

I think there would have to be at least one more draft pick for that trade to work, but I’ll play along.

Draft BPA and I like Porter Jr (doubt he’s there) and Luka Samanic. Maybe Tremont Waters in the 2nd. Sign a starting PG like Brogdon. Niko would work, but we might not need him if we take Semanic

In my trade I get 3 picks. Memphis pick, 14 & 20

Draft Zion, NAW @ 14, Okeke @ 20, Jontay Porter @ 37

Sign Dewayne Dedmon
Tempted to take a hard look at Brogdon but I don’t think I would. I’d rather use my space to take in contracts. Dedmon won’t be expensive and will be a good fit next to Zion

Smart/NAW
Jrue/Moore/FJ
Tatum/Okeke/Kendrich/Solo
Zion/Porter/Wood
Dedmon/Okafor/Rob Williams
