Is Sam Mitchell an offensive guy? Because if Hill is gone I’d imagine we go after an offensive coach. At least I’d hope.

Yeah I dont know if Sam Mitchell adds anything other than pacifying our fat boy franchise player. I want a guy who’s real X and O offensive coach not another player relationship coach guy.

Willie needs good training wheels. This Mark Jackson guy on ESPN seems to know what he is talking about. Hire him as a mentor and assistant coach for Willie.

Once we make that move, we should go ahead and deal CJ and a 1st(maybe 2 1sts) for Giannis.

I can see a guy like Kenny coming over as he was part of the same system Willie was in (GSW) and maybe sees an opportunity to help someone that is NOT Steve Kerr.
I thought someone said he had a couple of opportunities to leave and declined them all.

Yeah he ran away from Charlotte which tbh seems to be the right choice there.
I guess it comes down to how the rest of the NBA views the organization.

If the question you’re referring to is how the rest of the NBA views us as an organization? After the whole Zion conditioning/rehab debacle, I think we’re slightly better than Charlotte. I definitely wouldn’t leave Golden State for a similar job here even if we offered more pay/different title. I think itll be hard for us to get guys like Nurse or Bud even.

Don’t ever doubt Lakers management. Are we getting that pick? Yeah you probably should have kept you mouths shut.

is the medical team part of the coaching staff? if so, it would be wonderful to get a new medical team.

Willie don't want that smoke... Nurse is a much better coach than he is, and everyone knows it, so as soon as we falter, people will start calling for Green to be fired and for Nurse to be given the job... Green would basically be signing his own death certificate...

Although Nurse would be a big upgrade, it’s a bad look to fire Willie today. Next year would be justifiable.

Maybe we can get rid of Casey Hill and bring in Mitchell and Stotts?
New name for today. Nets just parted ways with Igor Kokoskov. I think he'd make for an excellent OC. He was also on Griff's staff for a bit in Cleveland.
I am afraid that Quinn Snyder may already have a role set up for Igor on the Hawks.
