Honestly I couldn’t even careless about that. The fact that he can do this just proves the league is broken. I’m so pissed right now and it has nothing to do with the Pelicans.

Right. He's probably thinking why get locked up more than I need to if I'm not getting the max from the Pelicans. I'll take less to go play with the champs, but not from someone else.
And honestly, knowing GS will be playing all the way through June, he'll likely be playing a good bit by then. He gets some high profile games to show off what he can do before finding someone to give him the max next year.
