I'd imagine that people will still push the injury narrative for quite a while. We know how critics like to poke holes in everything. I'm sure his midrange and outside shooting will be brought up. But, doesn't look like anyone can't stop him from getting to the rim.

It is quite amazing that a guy that big can move like he does. Who knows, maybe they want him at that weight to take/dish more punishment down low since that is where he makes his living

It is amazing that he's almost cat like in his explosion and that it's under control. But, I think I'm most impressed that he can be that big and explosive while also having incredible touch on his shots. I had the same feelings about Glen Davis and Zion is off the charts more athletic and explosive than Davis. It just makes Zion that much more impressive.

And one of the main topics for Bill Simmons pod with Charles Barkley today is to talk about "Zion's flaws" . Haven't listened to it but just made me laugh when I saw the title given the game Z had last night.

His PER has gone up like 4.2 points since that long thread about him. I think his FT% has gone up over 10% and his apg is about +3.5

in the month of February his FT% is over 80

The Rest Of The League. In theory he will be significantly better 4 years from now. That this is baby, barely formed Zion seems insane.

Your anger doesn't change the biggest obstacle holding back Zion over the longevity of his career. It will be something Zion has to work on and stay on top of.

2 of the 3 (FTs, playmaking) big things i posted about have almost snapped completely in the opposite direction since that thread

this jump also isn't "he has more experience" b/c the jump has been a near statistical improbability and if the "let him grow with experience" argument was correct, his improvements would have been much slower. he hasn't played THAT many games since that thread

this jump has been a legit phenomenon. i hope he can keep up with the FT/facilitation improvement

Dude shut the frick up.

He was already in historical territory, outpacing Shaq even then, so quit making excuses.

You and several others aggressively wanted to lower Zion’s ceiling because of one fricking gif and 34 games under incredibly less than ideal circumstances and wouldn’t take reason for an answer.

You’re a moron, take your licking like a man and move on.

Your argument was shite then and it’s pathetic to try and defend it today

I think my bonafides as a huge fan of Zion are well-established, and I have to say as incredible as he has been, he still hasn’t regained all of his explosiveness.

He’s getting there, but without even improving his shooting or getting additional experience, he can soon be even better than what he has shown in the last month.
