Quite as kept, there were questions about his dedication to Fitness when he was a draft prospect. He's always been a pudgy. With all that being said, that 2nd photo has to be shopped.

Well Zion was in decent shape, and 2 weeks later he was a whale.
I'm sure you can get pretty fat in 3 months.
That said the second pic looks fake (or is from a completely different point in time). But he's always had a little porker in him.

Ok that last photo is doctored haha. I saw the highlights from that game and Luka definitely had a little more roundness to his face. He’ll shed it in like 2 weeks. I remember Chris Paul would always show up a little thick for the first month or 2.

If you look they are definitely from 2 different periods. On one the patch says 5 miles, and the new one says chime.

Looking it up that must be from early in the 2018-19 season. They weren't the sponsor last year. So likely not shopped, just old as frick.

He is definitely out of shape and overweight.
He was living it up all offseason with his girlfriend and clearly put on a bunch of weight.

I would assume active NBA basketball players burn an insane amount of calories/day. So if they just stop working out for a short period of time and keep eating the same they probably quickly gain a ton of weight.

He stepped on a guy’s foot and rolled his ankle last year. Zion had his knee cut into tho

Looks like he's had 6 ankle injuries so far in the pros which seems like a lot but whatever, point taken.
Luka has had some chub issues so far and this is the worst he's looked. I'm sure he will be fine though.
