You should never have to ask this question. I have never apologized for liking catchy pop songs, and you shouldn't either. The whole notion of "guilty pleasure" songs makes me sad. Why should I feel guilty about putting " I want it that way" on repeat. Why should I feel compelled to keep my love for Carly Rae Jepsen in the closet? Funk dat noise, I say.
Island In The Sun is a great damn song. Fine choice. Go with it.

My only problem with Beverly Hills is that Rivers seemingly went out of his way to avoid rhyming a damn word. That's sort of a pet peeve of mine.
Other than that, I think it's a damn good song. That chorus is infectious af.

That's the only song I wish hadn't made it into the canon. I just saw them live this summer - and it was a top 5 concert for me of all time. Based on that, I think I just have to stick with Say It Ain't Say. It is fricking mindblowing.

What's remarkable is that most have listed Say It Ain't So as their favorite -- and, indeed, I agree that it's an awesome awesome song -- and it doesn't crack my top three songs on. the. album.
