re: Hogs for the Cause - NOLA

Turnpike was there just a few years ago. Great event

This was the show that Tyler Childers opened up for them at Hogs. Less than 500 people were at the Childers stage. Was pretty cool as a spectator, but blew my mind that no one was there.
We are headed to the game tomorrow night.

Any advice on where to park with the current Super Bowl road closures/construction?

TIA
Running man right under 4 hours for me as well. Wasn't booted off, however, was alerted that the show had sold out. Pretty bummed about missing out on this one.

Stubhub already has tickets listed $425 and higher.

This album seems like sturgils worse version “cheap silver and solid gold” from Mike and the moonpies (I refuse to call them silverada)

This is spot on. But I didn't see it as a bad thing.

When I first listened to If the Sun Never Rises Again, I also thought of Cheap Silver/Solid Gold.

There is most likely more to this story. Always seemed overstaffed / mismanaged

Any guesses on when TT comes on stage?

Same question basically. Any one have any idea the start time for each band is tonight? Or where to find it?

It appears McCormick has stopped making it

Confirmed by email with McCormick/Zatarains. It is no longer in production.

What is our next best substitution?

It's my favorite seasoning and it is very hard to find. I found 4 of them at the Winn Dixie about 6 months ago and bought all 4 of them. I hadn't seen it for about a 1.5 years before that.

I have no idea why it is so hard to find, including online.

Is his wife a fiddle playing bitch who marionettes his every move and sings songs about killing babies?

She wasn't in attendance at the show and zero politics were discussed by Isbell. Glad I went, was a good show.

I agree with previous posts that the sound wasn't great, particularly on the electric stuff. But his acoustic songs were 10/10.

Is this the old Smoke BBQ place, right at the split?

No. It's basically across the street from New Orleans Food & Spirits in downtown Cov

They will also have some food trucks and different themed nights with live music from time to time, along with what was said above.
Ochinko - 2008 Regionals (not 2nd, but worth mentioning)

Ring is an all around great album.

(Fun fact, they went to the same high school as Pete Maravich)
Sounds like the waste of another year

(but for real, R.E.M. joke aside, it sounds like a great lineup)

Whole Foods is where I typically get mine. They also have some available that is already cubed if you are wanting to do them as burnt ends.

Dust in a little corn starch if you want some crispness

Chelsea's has had American Aquarium and Charley Crockett within the past year. Probably some others also that I have missed.

SP - Sammy Bodeen should be in the conversation.

Also, Scout - Virgil Sweet
