You would like to hang out with and pick and throw ideas back and forth, that you think would help your success
For me, it's Billy Gibbons.

My success at what? The ones I would like to hang out with would be Justin Sullivan, Billy Bragg, Stephen Malkmus and oh....I love Peter Murphy but I would probably die hanging out with him. Edouard Kaspel maybe.

I'm a big Keith Richards fan myself and Beast of Burden ranks near the top of my guitar favorites, I never get tired of that sound. I'm not sure I would want to hang out with him though.
Billy Gibbons always seems like he could be one of my cousins or oldest friends. Those kind of guys that are always clownin and easy to bullshite with, because they make you lose that self awareness really fast.
When it's time to do something though, those are the kind of guys that get stuff done, with a welder, wrench, bushhog ,chainsaw or guitar.

I bet it'd be fun to sit down and have dinner and a few drinks with Hank Williams Jr.
