I'm interested in hearing everyone's thoughts. My first answer would have to be the Jacksons. I'm not sure if i have seen another family who has accomplished as much as them all the way around. Obviously Michael is the bonafide superstar. Nothing needs to be said about him. But his fellow brothers in the Jackson 5 were all musicians, but not necessarily vocalists, who went on to do some different things musically. One of them went on to become a songwriter for other artists. Brother Jackie went on to have a decent solo career. Also their sister Janet had a really good career as a solo artist in her own right.

Granted, my knowledge of music is mostly in R&b/Soul music. As well as Hip Hop and Pop. I have very limited knowledge in Rock, Country, etc.

Honorable mention: The Isley Brothers, The Debarges

Lol. A “really good career?” She’s far more than that. I’m not even her biggest fan but she is by far the most successful Jackson after Michael. And she is one of the biggest female acts of her generation.

The Porcaro family is very talented. Father Joe, Jeff, Steve and Mike were all amazing musicians who played on hundreds of records.
