Who are your top five rappers to come out of Baton Rouge?

1. Boosie
2. Kevin Gates
3. Webbie
4. Young Bleed
5. Mouse On Tha Track
This is from a musical standpoint. Mouse is definitely a better producer than he is a rapper.
