I always thought this band was a bad joke. As stupid as Kiss and not as talented, if that is possible. I gave props for tapping Rose McGowan for a while, but I just don't care for the horror-metal music they play.

I think some of his music is decent. I never bought any of his CDs and probably can't name more than 5-10 songs of his, but some of his shite I've heard on the radio sounds ok.

I just don't like that he makes it sound like that is acceptable behavior down here. We get enough bad attention for things that actually happen.

I was inches from fighting this fricknut back in the late 90's. At HOB for one of those SIN nights, and he was there with his silly little entourage. I was walking by and he wouldn't move out of the way. I pushed past him, and he looked down on me (he is quite tall) with disgust in his eyes. He mouthed off something I couldn't hear, and then my head started screaming LET HIM KICK YOUR arse AND SUE HIM FOR A FORTUNE. We did the Eastwood staredown for a moment before his shitmutt girlfriend stepped between us and ushered him away.
I could tell he wasn't going to do anything, and I wanted him to be the aggressor for legal reasons. The dude was straight pussy though. He was the "tough celebrity with the entourage" type that knew they had his back, yet even that wasn't enough to get him to back up his attitude.
I regret that moment to this day. I should've just punched him in his throat. This story would actually have been interesting in that case, and I wouldn't have bored you all with this nonsense
On the way home, I jammed out to Portrait of an American Family. He may be a fake tool, but he sure made one great record there

Add Smalls Like Children and Mechanical Animals and you have one awesome triumvirate. The latest one, The Pale Emperor, is his best since Animals.

Portrait of an American Family is a great album.
Wish he'd play some tracks off it when he tours, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

See, kids, this is why gutterpunks and other assorted lowlifes congregate in NOLA. They read this shite and think it's acceptable.

so anyone going tonight? checking on available tickets, it looks like itll be pretty empty potentially.

I just got a last ditch effort email from Offbeat pushing this show tonight. That is usually a sign for sparse ticket sales.
I can't imagine having a majority seated show(minus GA behind the soundboard) did them any favors.

I'll be there in GA. There was a special a few weeks ago on ticketmaster, six GA tickets for $66. Not a good sign when they're that cheap but I already paid full price. Both bands are way past their prime, but I would think Manson is more popular today.

that front seated portion just pulled section B row 20 when i searched for tickets
the back seated section at the lower price is pulling row 4 of the center section.
it could be VERY empty, potentially, if roughly 24 rows are all that sold on the entire floor.

I'm about 99% certain Billy Corgan is the one who demanded seats so I hope they are empty while GA is packed.

dude did sicker shite than that. Him and Twiggy used to work at little ceasar's and frick the dough, finish in it, then make the pizza.

I for one, am not going to an outdoor concert in Louisiana in July. (or June or August for that matter) 90+ degrees in a big crowd is just crap.

Avett Brothers wasn't too bad, but I also didn't get there until the sun went down.
