Counting Crows August and Everything After. I play it a lot on Sundays. Entire album.

It's taken me several days to think about this, because there are 4 albums that run neck and neck.
Boston's first album, Bad Company's Straight Shooters, Willie Nelson's Red Headed Stranger and Bob Dylan, Blonde On Blonde.
Bob Marley, Sam Cook, and Otis Redding are close behind.
