Thinking about doing acoustic sets in local pub scene - Set list ideas

Could use some input to help me think outside the box regarding mixing some obscure/unexpected but good/appreciated "unplugged" versions of songs to include in an acoustic setlist beyond Margaritaville and Brown-eyed Girl. Looking at country, classic rock and new stuff (or new old stuff like Tennessee Whiskey - Chris Stapleton)
e.g Radiohead "Creep" is probably on the list...

Depends on where you are going to be working. If you're in Athens you're going to have a lot more freedom of song selection than if you're in Baton Rouge. If it's the latter, anything "obscure/unexpected" will have you playing to crickets.
