I have some homework to do...Haven't heard half of these and others are on the list like Ain't No Sunshine.

Up On Cripple Creek is an interesting one I haven't done before. The Band's The Night They Drove Ol Dixie Down could be a good one too.

How good are you, baw? Could limit song selection. Are you a "three chords and the truth" player or do you have a classical guitar and sound like you have 17 index fingers.

Not a virtuoso but better than three chords. Playing with my old guitar player from a previous band so a duo unplugged set with him playing lead and me rhythm and sharing lead/backup vocal duties.

Had a good friend and former bandmate do a solo cover of Mr. Bojangles and nailed it. Had never heard a stripped down version of that before but it is really effective. Fresh spin on an old classic.

I know, that's why I haven't done it and that's why JM is on tour and I'm not! Like him or not (I like him) he's an insanely talented elite guitarist and pretty damn good song writer. Dude can write a hook!

if this 15 yo can do it, i'm sure you can. i'm a 5 year player that's still in the beginner phase. this was a song i tried playing when i first started. needless to say, i quit after attempting it for 5 minutes.
