A. I will miss the incessant shopping online on reverb, craigslist, and guitarcenter.

B. What do I do online now? Lessons? This has to be my last guitar. I’ll not buy another until I can play in public and not shoo people away.

C. Now all I have left is my poor guitar ability.

First world problems.

I must have missed the thread where you posted all those pics of your new guitar.

At least tell us what you bought.

I guess the next step is to figure out what sort of things you want to play. Then practice them.

Take a pic. Use IMGUR or something upload it and paste the link brah.

Also get acquainted with Guitar Tabs if you are a beginner. Very easy to learn

I just bought one today also. I ordered a Taylor 114ce. I can't wait for it to arrive. I am in the late beginner early intermediate stages of playing. OP go to justinguitar.com to learn. This will move you along very quickly.

I think you'll like it. My brother has a 314ce and I have a 612ce. Even the low-end Taylors sound really good to me and they're easy to play (good action, etc.).

Alum I'm glad you finally got your Daphne Blue.

Yeah, I went to guitar center and tried out a bunch. I wanted to like something cheaper, but it just felt so good in my hands. I liked the sound of it better than other brands also. In the end I said screw it I would rather pay more and be happy later.

If I ever "grieved" after a guitar purchase I would probably go find something else to occupy my time.

Yeah but for him, it's all about the chase. There's no fun in having a guitar; there's only fun in wanting a guitar.

So you’re saying it’s hopeless? Lol

I’m just gonna keep buying guitars?

Guess it’s cheaper than the mid life crisis sports car. I don’t want to be “Vette Guy”.

I'm sure there's a 12-step program somewhere you can sign up for.

Actually you're probably on the right track. Just make a pact with yourself. Set a goal. It doesn't have to be much. Learn to play Let It Be or something. The pact is you won't buy another piece of equipment until you achieve your goal.

I'm glad you don't want to be Vette Guy.

Huge finally congrats! I'm glad you didn't just settle for Daphne Blue anything and picked up both what you really wanted and a nice piece to boot. You did well!

Guitar Hunting is like a drug addiction.

All you can think about is the next guitar. Then you get it. And it's awesome. and you feel awesome. And it's the best thing in your life. And you know it can't get better than this. And you can stop buying guitars now, because this is it. This is what you've wanted. And it's so much fun and so satisfying. Then you slowly start coming down. And its just another day with the same old guitar. And you want to get another one. You start doing some small research. Playing guitars at your local shop. You don't need another guitar. But you want one. and then slowly and without realizing it All you can think about is the next guitar. Then you get it. And it's awesome. and you feel awesome. And it's the best thing in your life. And you know it can't get better than this.

And the cycle continues.
