I really like Gun 'N Roses' cover of "Knocking on Heaven's Door"
except for that damn phone call in the middle of it.

I have mixed feelings about Pink Floyd’s use of “sound effects” in some of their songs.

I’m pretty sure if Glenn tried, he got there. LOL

Low - Whitetail

Fantastic buildup and in the minimalist Low way, but the very end of just quits and all that buildup just...poof. It's like masturbating and right there about to climax and then you just quit.

Here's another entry:

Stone Sour - "Hesitate"

Something about that first verse is just so cringe to me--especially after a pretty cool opening.

I'm alive in haaaaiiirrr...

My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys

At the 1:20 mark. What is that? A french horn?!? It sounds like circus music for about five seconds there. It totally doesn’t fit the rest of the song.

Ending of “Hey Jude” repeating Hey Jude too many times.

Same with ending of Grand Funk’s “Closer to home”.

What? Please tell me the point (mm:ss) where you feel something is tacked on.

Agree now but when that was released I thought it was great. I had the single and had to get the album after hearing that.

I think that’s their sister in Swept Away. But agree they throw in unusual additions. As long as they leave out if live shows then I’m good. Had another great show at Saenger last night.
