A couple of these songs have been mentioned, but this live medley by Steve Goodman is amazing and hilarious. He starts by asking for a cowboy hat before playing "You Never Even Called Me by My Name", but instead is given a motorcycle helmet so proceeds to play "Born to be Wild". In true Steve Goodman form, motoring songs morph into "dead girl songs".
