Billy Cannon Jr. and Dalton Hilliard (High School)

Billy Cannon Jr. (Broadmoor High School)
He was probably the best all-around athlete I got to witness during my playing days. He had the size and speed to burn. Just an awesome multisport talent. I think baseball was probably his best sport.

Dalton Hilliard (Patterson High School)
At 5'8" he was a freakish solid ball of muscle. Like trying to tackle a tree stump and he could dunk a basketball without much effort. I believe his thighs were bigger than his waist.

Just had to add these other two that I didn't play against but had the chance of seeing them up live and in person.

Terry Robiskie (Second Ward High School)
Did not play or compete against him in High School but got to see him up live and in person on the football field. Saw him play when I was a young kid against my Uncle. I can still remember to this day hearing the announcer in the press box calling the game that night.
Robiskie, Quarterback keeper around the right side for 70 yards and a touchdown.
Robiskie, Quarterback keeper around the left side for 85 yards and a touchdown.
Robiskie, Quarterback sneak up the middle for 60 yards and a touchdown.
That was all night long for the whole game. Robiskie was a man among boys that night.

Todd Kinchen (Trafton Academy High School)
Had the opportunity to watch him after my playing days were over. Like Cannon Jr. he was a phenomenal multisport athlete. First saw him as a High School Freshman and knew that he was going to be a special talent.

Help with Cypress Knees

Neighbor has about a 20-foot-tall cypress tree in their yard, and the knees have crept at least 10 feet into my yard. Beautiful tree but it feels like I am mowing around a field of landmines. Recently I had to replace a set of blades due to being bent by hitting one of the knees.

Can I grind the knees down and put some type of stump rot on them to keep them from returning? Will the stump rot kill the tree?

I can still remember it like it was yesterday. My first glove was a Red, White, and Blue Roberto Clemente Rawlings I picked out from the Green Stamp Store in Baton Rouge.

My brother was Air Force stationed in Alexandria. He was a Warthog mechanic and sent to take part in Operation Desert Storm. He always called them Tank Killers.
