quote:I tried to drop it by chat for this reason. I truly was not trying to get a lower rate. The price dropped so much I decided to keep it even if I really don't use it much anymore. Kinda glad I did because of the streaming channels.
Don't you folks get tired of your favorite stations playing the same songs over and over, just like commercial radio? I was always amazed that with all the genres and all the millions of songs that XM/Sirius could do a better job programming.

I dropped it several years back.
I drop it now & then and renew when they offer it cheap enough. I listen to enough different stations where I can always find something I like.

Yep. I'll cancel it at least once a year, then just sign back up when they email me a great deal and the mood strikes me. I just got 6 months for $30 for the top tier package.
Yacht Rock and Prime Country are the 2 worst stations at playing the same songs repeatedly.

I called 2 weeks ago with every intention of actually cancelling. They offered me a year at $60 so I kept it. I mostly listen to Spotify, but for $5/month I kept it.
My presets:
Urban View
Fox News
Hair Nation
Deep Tracks
Classic Vinyl
Margaritaville
Classic Rewind
Garth Channel
The Highway
Prime Country
Willie's Roadhouse
Outlaw Country
Y2Country
Like others have said, I really wish there were a better traditional country station. Outlaw Country is a joke. They play as much Emmy Lou Harris as they do David Allan Coe, Kris Kristofferson, Waylon, Merle, etc.
