For me it's the Mighty Mighty Bosstones song "the impression that I get".

Any posters with Hog in their name are worthless, this is becoming apparent.

I'll avoid the universally reviled stuff like Nickelback. There were other things that some people seemed to like and I thought were crap. Brace yourselves, I'll probably offend you:

Better Man - Pearl Jam
The Freshman - Verve Pipe
Flagpole Sitta - Harvey Danger
Breakfast At Tiffany's - Deep Blue Something
What's Up - 4 Non Blondes
One Week - Barenaked Ladies
Ironic - Alanis Morrisette
Shimmer - Fuel
Cumbersome - Seven Mary Three

Great songs. The Freshman and Shimmer especially. Like, all time great songs. There were other great ones mentioned by other posters as well.

Heart Shaped Box.

Always was meh. And it got overplayed. Also, this being back in my college strip club days, it was many a strippers favorite. So going a hole night without hearing it was near impossible.

Like spending a night in the FQ and not hearing Mustang Sally. Lol

Grunge Rock. I loathe all Grunge Rock.

After the hair music era of the 80s winded down, we had that shite.

The goddamned Macarena overall most hated.

Rock- Arms wide open from Creed. Horrid.

I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) by the Proclaimers. Easily one of the worst songs in history. Was a hit in the late 80s in Europe and became a hit in America in 1993.
