He played a fundraiser for the Fox last night that also served as his 70th birthday celebration. He collapsed on stage at the end and passed at the hospital shortly after.

Not that Lovelight is a bad one to go out playing, but if it had been Fixin' To Die... well that would have been the most appropriate death in music history imo.

Awful

He laid on the stage for a good minute or so before anyone even thought something wasn't right. And there was a kid playing a solo with his body laid up against him.
