By "classic" I mean pre-1995, also I mean underrated as in they arent something you constantly hear about like He Stopped Loving Her Today, I know the song I'm posted charted at #1 but you dont hear it a ton.

Want to hear some stuff I may have missed.

Oh man. I thought you meant the '60's. In that case, I'll just say I love some Dwight Yoakam and leave it at that.

Anything pre 1995. I really prefer 60's and 70's tbh.

Kris Kristofferson decides to write a country/gospel song and comes up with Why Me Lord.

I have records with covers of it by Willie, Merle, Cash, and Jones. Elvis covered it. You can tell the song meant a lot to all of them.

That’s one song working pretty hard, so I’d say it qualifies.
