I was at this one and the Tad Gorley show in 95. Pearl Jam was the shite back in the early 90's.

I was there - it was a good show. But not as good as the first night of the UNO run in November 1993 - I was practically levitating because of how great they were that night.
There was someone running around the stage in a Pinhead mask during the Ramones set; I'm convinced it was Eddie Vedder because he was big into wearing masks at the time.
The show was supposed to be July 4, but it got postponed - I think Eddie got food poisoning. This was when they were taking on Tickemaster and there was a lot of tension around the band - they damn near broke up over it because they were putting up with a lot of crap and the fans were like "We don't care about Tickemaster. We want y'all to play a show in Buffalo!" I remember I had to call a phone number to get tickets. Anyhow, before the encore Eddie made some sort of comment about how it was a pretty cool 4th of July.

Because of their dispute Ticketmaster, Pearl Jam distributed their own tickets. I still have the original TM tickets (it has a beetle on the face) and the String Puppet Marionette concert shirt.
If i remember the TM fee was $2.
The Ramones were great.

I was there. Prolly my favorite concert. It was a great atmosphere and night for an outdoor rock concert at Tad Gormley. Especially since seeing PJ live was a rarity at that time because of the tour cancelation. I remember joking with my buddy on the ride home, "Best 4th of July I ever had."
The Ramones sucked.

Had a ticket and my ride bailed on me at the last minute (I was 14 or 15). I still have the unused ticket somewhere... if I remember right it had a scarab beetle on it.

I was at the 93 show. I was in 8th grade. My first concert. I was on the floor. It was unreal.
This was the time Vedder was arrested on Bourbon St. for fighting in a bar. He spit on a bouncer I believe. This was after night one of three shows.

'Twas there also. You can't mention the Ramones around my wife w/o her saying,"1,2,3,4!"

Wife and I are planning to see them in 2025. They are doing a 10 show tour in April/May.

Same. They will probably be at Jazz fest.

Yellow Ledbetter encore.
Seems like they also played Keep on Rockin in the Free World. I think it was originally scheduled for the end of June but had to postpone. Easily one of the top shows I’ve ever seen.

I got tickets to see them in Nashville in May. I didn't see anything for Jazz fest. I hope they do go to JF, I'd try and get tickets for that one as well.

It’s not official, but there’s a Jazz Fest-sized hole between their Atlanta and Nashville shows.

I was at that show and it was great. Ramones opened. You can find the set list online. Lights started gradually coming coming on and yellow Ledbetter hadn’t been played so I was a little bummed
Suddenly the guitar struck those famous notes

I bought tickets yesterday for the Hollywood Florida show in April.

I was there for that "4th of July" show as well.
What a weekend it was. Troy Twillie intercepted Auburn in the end zone with no time left to bring back the magic the night before, then a Pearl Jam show at Tad Gormley the next evening.
I was excited to see the Ramones as well, but they disappointed me. 1-2-3-4!

There is a live bootleg CD of this show for sale at Capital City Records in Baton Rouge. $15 bucks if I recall. I saw it in there yesterday.
