Oldest piece of equipment you currently use?

Was changing a battery and realised I had never done a proper search on a lot of my gear.

I guess this is mine. What about all of you? What's lasted the test of time?

That I use frequently? '55 LP Junior

That I use occasionally ... late 1940s. It's structurally perfect, plays and sounds wonderful, I'm just not a flatwound jazzy kinda guy.

Good back story to those guitars? Where/how did you get them?

re: Oldest piece of equipment you currently use?
The '55 Junior was a project piece to show what my shop could do in the case of an extreme before/after restoration. Here is it the day it arrived.

The old Harmony I found erroneously ID'ed and subsequently stupid cheap at a Baton Rouge pawn shop a few years ago. My original plan was to turn it for fast profit, but my wife reminded me I had a birthday coming up the next week and that it would be a good present to me from her. Who am I to argue? My work on it was absolutely minimal - it was apparently a true closet queen for decades.

re: Oldest piece of equipment you currently use?
I don't really have any "old" stuff that I use, but I guess it depends on definition.
I have some old guitars, but they're not really good ones, maybe best for decoration. I have an old Peavey T-15, made around 1980 that is really nice, but I don't play it much. The oldest guitar that I really play very often is My Takamine, I think it was probably made around 1990. I have an Old Crate V18 amp that I use pretty often. It might be from The 80s, but I'm not sure.
I wish I had some nice old Vintage stuff, but I don't, I've just got a bunch of old dusty stuff.
