Post your float plans and reviews here. I have two young kids this year, so my attendance will be sporadic.

Friday: Lukas Nelson, Steel Pulse, Trey if I can get a ticket.

Saturday: Bouncing around a bunch and then Jack Johnson with the wife, As the Crow Flies, Mike Dillon and Billy Goat

Sunday: David Byrne

Jake Shimabukuro playing Bohemian Rhapsody on the Ukulele is the most impressive song so far. Was leaving Lukas Nelson to go catch some Steel pulse and caught it. Amazing

I love jazz fest. Flew in Friday night leaving tonight.

Might do the same for next weekend.

Enjoyed as the crow flies... but don’t think I did as much as you guys.

It had some great moments but would’ve liked a little more oomph in the first half of the set. The back half the band really took a big step up.

also 100% believed Chris when he mentioned he was out at the leaf til daybreak night before....he muscled through a tired throat to belt songs out but even the couple times he spoke to the crowd he was struggling.

They crushed some songs but a little more electricity spread across the set would’ve brought it up to that great level

I met him at the leaf around 1 am as i was leaving the medeski/johnny v show. His gf’s ig showed they stayed and watched benny bloom’s set.

Samantha Fish was my fav this weekend. I also thought Sir Rod was better than I expected. Huge crowd at Acura for him.

Had an awesome day Saturday. Caught some of Andrew Duhon's set on Lagniappe Stage. Spent some time in the Miller Lite Tent boozing it up. Then Bonnie Raitt and Rod Stewart at Acura. Bonnie Raitt still sounds amazing at 68. Wasn't sure what to expect from Rod but it was great as well. The ultimate entertainer.

Met some friends at Crowes and thought it was great as well. Crowd seemed pretty high energy and into it in my opinion.

Amazing set. His version of "Eleanor Rigby" was great too.

Some crazy shite going on at that stage--robotic dance movements, everyone dressed like Pee Wee Herman, brain props, hardly an instrument to be seen. The music was good though, and his voice impressed me in its uniqueness live as it's the first time I've seen him.

Otherwise, my favorite set, especially being a New Orleans boy, was the tribute to Fats Domino with Irma Thomas, Jon Batiste, Jon Cleary, Davell Crawford, and others.
Plus, John Goodman was pulling his pants up in front of me.

Reminds me of an old joke I heard...

What's the last thing a woman wants to hear after she's given Chris Robinson a blow job?

I'm not Chris Robinson.
