Great tune, great bassline and I love it. However, I'm not 100% sure the bassline is the lead. ONLY because they do such a good job of weaving ALL the instruments together producing a wonderful harmony.

But one of my fav nevertheless...

I've always thought the bass lead in on No More Tears by Ozzy was pretty damned strong.

Like most, just picking ones I like. If we technically went for bass as lead, that narrows you down to Primus, a lot of funk music, and Big Bottom by Spinal Tap.

I stumbled across some bass cover videos a few years ago of Last Train to London by ELO and was surprised I had not previously noticed how involved the bass part is. A lot of disco songs have pretty good bass parts.

Great bass line here but she is playing a Squire Bass VI which is a sorta hybrid bass/guitar. I just bought one so have been listening to various songs featuring the Bass VI
