Dogwood - "It Was Easy" (recorded 1974)
Uptempo number dominated by pedal steel -- probably a bit too uptempo and too steel for pop success.
Dogwood was a band out of Montevallo, AL in the early/mid '70s. They recorded an album and shopped it to various labels (including Capricorn) but apparently never released anything.
