Page.
Hendrix is overrated bc of all the LSD heads cumming on their pants bc they thought Hendrix tuning his guitar onstage was mind blowing as they were in a different dimension due to all the drugs. Good guitarist but incredibly overrated.

Hendrix, b/c he would never have been in a band where he had to listen to Robert Plant screech
FWIW both Clapton and John Fogerty have called Jeff Beck the best rock guitarist

Hendrix is in a league by himself. Changed everything.

Probably never been a more naturally gifted guitar player than Hendrix (of course, he did "work" at it, insofar as it was the only thing he appeared to truly enjoy).
Page, despite being a meticulous producer, was also of the more "raw" style (as was Richards and Iommi, all more influenced by blues than anything else).
Out of all the guys who were doing jawdropping things on the electric guitar, at least in the rock/blues arena, Hendrix continues to stand out. He changed the way people thought about the instrument and what it could do.

Hendrix has that unmatched ability that sounds like he's playing both rhythm and lead at the same time. He's in a league by himself - the GOAT.
