I knew it would be good when "Ebola" was the first word of the article.

I'm all for shitting on the musicians but it's hard for me to bash the fans. They're just trying to have a good time and I can respect that I guess. Even if they're stupid as shite and supporting one of the lowest forms of entertainment, let them enjoy their empty minded lives.

The Observer is pretty much a snobby communist weekly but this article is just one big ball of awesome. This deserves an award. So much hilarity & truth in it.

He must have dictated this story -- that should be "automatically"

I think he meant that the way it is, like no one can question you are the Marlboro Man.

One of the comments to the review

quote:

I'm going to be as polite as I can, we just buried my Most Amazing Grandma two weeks ago and she was buried in Oklahoma! It was one of the worst weeks of my life! But with your amazingly awful words you expressed, My grandma was from her birth in the dirt. She worked from nothing to everything to Give our family all we have and all we do!

Her funeral we played this amazing song, "Dirt"!

I feel like who ever has enough time to complain about this song has no idea what it is like to not only get their hands dirty but to have a family that built everything from "dirt" & up!

I am sorry but you are truly disrespectful and rude! & I apologize but you must of never had to get your hands in the dirt to do something with your life

The State of Georgia has singled handedly ruined country music. Basically every bad country music artist that lives inside the Top 10 right now is from Georgia or has a link to Georgia, including Aldean, part of Fl/GA Line, James Taylor wannabe Zach Brown and Luke Bryan. There are quite a few other douchebag "artists" from Georgia burning a once great art form to the ground as well. It is tragic.

I know what it means and I still think the author said it on purpose.

Was eating this thread up and then DeltaDoc kicked me in the groin. Zach Brown is not like these other a-holes, man.

They are hot at first, but years of cheap beer and cigarrettes ruin it for them. Then they just think you are being an arse and go crazy. They used to try and cover it up not so much now. carrie underwood and miranda lambert. Just stick with a girl from the suburbs.

OP: that article was gold

I caught the show in May @ Lakewood in Atlanta. It was absolutely terrible. Teenagers like that crap though.

I actually don't hate the song "Dirt", but that garbage band is still garbage.

Country girls are awesome, but coming from AP, most of those girls were just trash. The hot ones all went alchy or preggers after high school and got fat. The smoking and drinking since middle school makes them look 30 by the time they're legal to drink. The few hot ones are already married at age 20 to operators. If there any hot ones left in their 20s without kids, they're batshit crazy. Try Acadiana for that kinda girl.
