I’m not a fan of Ben Folds

He was on PBS Newshour a night or two ago and showed him played a lot of his music. I’m not sure if it’s his voice or style of music or what but something about him I find aggravating. I get that he’s talented but I’ve just never cared for him.

His voice just gets off-putting after a little while. Ben Gibbard is the same way for me.

I'm not by any means a giant ben folds fan, but I can appreciate his music and his style. His live shows are a lot of fun, even for the casual fan.

Enjoy some Ben...he has a new book out that is supposed to be pretty good. I've only seen him once in Houston with the Symphony. It was pretty great.

I'm not necessarily a fan, but I appreciate his abilities. That said, I'll be at one of the LSU shows.
