New album Heartbreaks and Last Goodbyes should be on your radars if looking for southern rock. It’s a sound that’s almost extinct these days and done very well. A little bit softer than Blackberry Smoke w some Crowes essence. For those looking for absent rock, this is worth the listen

"The House of the Rising Sun" The vocals are so strong and the emotion is so palpable it transcends time. I think with modern polish it would still be huge. Could even be huge in its original analog form
