I’m only interested in Weezer, Laney Del Ray, Zach Bryan and Green Day

If you can't enjoy a Pitbull concert, there's something wrong with you.

Quebec City is a great place to visit. I recommend staying in the old part of the city (inside the wall, although if your going for the music festival it’ll probably be stupid with people and price) and if time allows visiting ile d'orleans. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the city and rural. It has some nice vineyards for wine tasting.

With The Smile before them. Strange crowd. Not that impressive a lineup.
