What is your favorite song by Elton John? I would say my favorite is a tie between Rocket Man and Daniel.

Levon.

after a rewatch of Almost Famous and realizing Mona Lisa was the song playing in the climactic scene.. I’ve been listening to that song a lot now and it’s vaulted to number 2

1. Burn Down the Mission
2. Philadelphia Freedom
3. Grow Some Funk of Your Own
4. The Bitch is Back
5. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road

I haven't delved into a lot of the deep cuts on his albums though. The only albums of his I have are Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Tumbleweed Connection, and Rock of the Westies.

There wouldn't be much difference from, say, 1 to 5, but I think Levon would likely come out #1 by a nose.
