What makes no sense is the HE is the DRUMMER!!! He is hitting the kick drum while he demands more rhythm! HE is the one charged with providing said rhythm!!!

AND we all know the name of the band is COWBOY MOUTH! You remind us every other minute!!!!

I kid, but I actually enjoy Cowboy Mouth shows despite the above. They tend to get the most out of whatever audience or venue they're in. It's a high energy show, the music is pretty fun, and it's generally a good time, but they can get annoying, especially if the crowd isn't into it at all. I recommend being a little drunk during their show.

He doesn't stop hitting the kick drum in basically the same 4/4 tempo for the entire show. That was the part that I couldn't handle. Also, yelling the name of the town/city he is in for the 80th time...

2 original members. If you haven't seen them in a long time you are going to be asking yourself.....Who are those other two long haired random guys playing bass & rhythm guitar?.........

I will never subject myself to Fred Leblanc's ridiculous proselytizing again. I've never come away from a music performance wanting so badly to punch the singer in the face as I did with Cowboy Mouth.

Make sure you shout "KATRINA!!!" between songs as much as possible. It really gets him amped.

Ha ha! Not a lot of love for Cowboy Mouth and Fred on this board, but I thought it was a great show. Maybe the secret is seeing them once every 15 years. I took my wife, who had never seen them, and we had a blast. I understand how it's not for everybody, but Fred is going to make sure that the crowd is into the show and has fun.
By the way, the name of the band is...

Glad you had fun! It was much better seeing them in the early 90's and up until about 2000. I spent many a night listening to them in Funroe.

I don't go see them or listen to them for musical integrity - it's all in good fun if for one night

Fred was great as the drummer for Dash when he wasn't the front man. When he started Cowboy Mouth and re-released Jenny Says....which was released as a Dash song, I lost all respect for him. But I guess thats the only song he had worth a crap.

Griff is still in the band and gets the spotlight for probably one song in the show which is usually the best part of it.

Paul is the missing link. Songwriting went downhill when he left and they play fewer of the songs from those first few albums.
