Clutch — HELL YES!! Finally my first Varsity show — Incredible

Two tickets in hand. Just purchased them at The Chimes.
The Varsity opened as a club right about the same time I moved away from BR, nearly 30 years ago. As a result I’ve never even seen a show there. Been pretty envious though of some of the ones I’ve missed.
Timing finally worked out. Not only my first show there but one of my favorite bands too. If you had asked me previously who I’d most like to see there, they would’ve been top three easily.
So damn pumped up!! Who else on here is going?

I won’t be able to make it this time, but I was at the last show they played there, and it was excellent. I love the Varsity and have been a regular there both as a performer and as a patron for the last ten years. Great staff, great atmosphere, impeccable sound, and with an act like Clutch on stage, it should be a memorable night you’re sure to enjoy.

Nice!! Thanks for the info. How was the crowd last time? 400 tickets sold as of today. I know capacity is 800. Hoping for at least 600 there. And it hasn’t been long AT ALL! They were here just a few days after I saw them in St. Aug 14 months ago.

Last show sold out. I'm surprised ticket sales are so low this time. Maybe because its a Sunday. Might be a parade or something in New Orleans that night too.

Clutch always puts on a good show. Last time I saw them I was with 2 buddies that don’t really get into them and both of them were impressed. Just a high energy good show.

I didn't care for the French guys. Big Business was good. Clutch was great as always. They played a bunch of my favorites. Not as much new songs but that's fine with me.
