CD that I bought for $1.50 at a store in Mississippi 20 years ago. I just listened ..

I sold an old vehicle that I had and was cleaning it out. There were a bunch of old Cds in there that I was happy to see again, but there was this one I had never listened to. Never even taken the wrapper off of it.
I remember buying it, just because the cover looked so cheesy in a kind of cool way. I just never got around to listening to it.
This shite is so great, savage raw and simple.
It's like Hillbilly punk, psychopath truth with raw Rockabilly guitar and crazy fun vocals.
So I have searched the internet for anything pertaining to this guy and nothing comes up.
I think people would love it.
How should I proceed?
I also found about $100 worth of brand new unopened guitar strings.
Luck is just on my side sometimes!
