Also saw Kurt Vile in New Haven and it was awesome as well.

Saw him at Variety Playhouse in 2024. Great show and great smaller venue.

Red Clay Strays didn't play the Saenger in 2025. Last New Orleans show was the Fillmore November 2024.

Calexico in a trio formation in an old theater in Bavaria. A magic evening.

But we have tickets to Kraftwerk next week, so that might take over Calexico...

Billy Strings absolutely melted faces in Fort Worth last night.

That’s been my only concert in 2025 other than my buddy that will be making his Billy Bobs Texas debut in January.

I had to eat my tix for that show here in Chicago last month... I was so bummed!

Oasis - night 1 at the Rose Bowl was by far the best show I saw this year... Looking back, I didn't go to a whole lot of shows in 2025..

I saw them again the next night in Seattle. Straight up rock n roll-both excellent shows and pumped I got to see Ed Kuepper.

I met Mark Spencer (sax) and Peter Oxley (bass) in the hotel in Seattle and were both very generous with their time.

Only saw 2 shows…but they were epic.

NIN and Deftones in Atlanta about a weeks apart. Good times.

As for 2026, so far just Gary Numan at The 40 Watt in Athens. That 68 year old man straight up killed it.

Best was Melvins, Weedeater, and Napalm Death.

Shaky Knees in Atlanta was pretty awesome too. I saw Deftones, the Pixies, Johnny Marr, TV on the Radio, Cage the Elephant, Inhaler, the Marias, and probably another one or two that I'm not thinking of - unfortunately I had to miss the third day and so I didn't get to see DEVO or Weird Al. Great scene though.

Staind and Breaking Benjamin at the Brandon Amphitheater.

Probably the best sounding concert I’ve ever been to, I was worried about it being outside but it was great.

Only saw one, Clutch in June. It was epic though. They played 4 or 5 from their first album.
