Best rock albums of the 1990's by each year

WHy not on this boring father's day?
*If an album came out in LATE 1993 for instance, but no one was really hearing it until 1-2 years later (RATM's first album for most), then you can use the year you were jamming it/most of America was jamming it.
LETS DO 1990 FIRST AND TAKE OUR TIME YEAR BY YEAR.
1990:
1. "Ritual de lo Habitual" - Jane's Addiction
2. "Pretty Hate Machine (1989, but)" - NIN
3. "Louder Than Love" - Soundgarden
4. "Cowboys From Hell" - Pantera
5. "Dr. Feelgood (late '89)" - Motley Crue

doh! How did I leave that off!!! I have even vouched for that album before. I put it at a tie for #2. "Sunshine" is my favorite AIC song on.

Im not going to look up all the years my favorites were released in because it gets very blurry, I was buying a ton of music back in the 90s...
To end the decade, I'll say that Wheat's "Hope and Adams" was the best record of 1999... a great noise-ish pop record from front to back, produced by Dave Fridmann (of Flaming Lips fame)
