Ian Gillan, Dio,Geoff Tate, Bruce Dickinson, Phil Anselmo……. All of these have lost the magic due to age and death. Tony Harnell still has "it".

Corey gets a lot of hate due to the popularity of Slipknot but he’s got some damn pipes. Can’t go wrong with MJK. I always liked Serj Tankien’s voice. Opeth has a damn good metal vocalist. An underrated one is Devin Townsend he’s got some incredible range.
But I gotta go with Phil frickin Anselmo. Not only for the badass voice but because he could also frick some people up and his stage presence was second to none. Plus he was a Louisiana baw
