Best? Always debatable.
I don’t know if these count as “harmonica songs” but they’re a couple of my favorites with prominent harp parts:
Bandera/Willie Nelson/Mickey Raphael

Haven't thought about "Got No Shame" in a while.
I went to high school with the bass player and ran in the same crowd for a few years. He played in a band with another classmate who was a drummer with a kit that looked like Neil Peart's at the time (early-mid 80's) who could wear them out. Both were really talented musicians.
Glenn was in the right place at the right time, Eddie never got the big break but he was a hell of a drummer.
