M+W has Jason Eady on Friday July 26th. Which was born out of our new relationship with their agency who also reps TT and AA -- who we engaged and went after first by the way. Hard to beat a venue with such promotional power/space and we lost both dates at the last minute, but we helped spur the Texas pipeline revival in BR.
Also have Thieving Birds and Six Market Blvd over summer.

Thieving Birds and Six Market are both GREAT acts.
You are an asset to that market, JW.

Thanks L ... we are striving to really bring in great music across the board. And these texas acts are just one pipeline we have moved on.
good to hear TBirds and 6 market are solid.

Saw them open (actually follow) Charlie Daniels down in Corpus a few years ago; had never heard of them.
But I knew who they were when I left .. really enjoyed and hoped to see them again.
But it won't be this week. Enjoy:

It's been about 5 years. After that show he told he wouldn't be back anytime soon, because he couldn't draw a crowd here. Said he can sell out almost any Texas venue, so it wasn't worth it for him to play here to such small crowds. Glad he's giving BR another chance.
I hope the people show up. The current state if country music has to help his cause.

Do you know of any local places NOLA or BR that actually sell a hard CD copy of American Aquarium's Burn. Flicker. Die? I'm one of those who like to have the physical copy.
I read a lot of the messages on this board, and you seem to always have an inside scope on Texas Country and Americana, So this is why I'm asking you the question....thanks

I dont live in the area anymore so I'm not even sure what there is in terms of music stores, but I know you can order it from their website.
