Bad Company-Five Finger Death Punch

Whoever does that God awful version of Tiny Dancer.
Whichever bro country numbnuts who did that equally God awful version of Ringo Starr's Photograph.

There is also a song that isn't exactly a cover of Edge of Seventeen but it samples so much of it it might as well be and it is terrible too. I'm extremely bad at knowing the names of these no talent, no creativity, no originality millenial and Generation Z hacks.

DMB's "All Along the Watchtower" is the worst cover I have ever heard

Quite a few Linda Ronstadt covers, including:

The Elvis Costello trilogy on her "New Wave" album

"Tumbling Dice"

I hated "Poor Poor Pitiful Me" until I heard Zevon's original.

Light My Fire-Jose Feliciano,

and how could we forget any of the William Shatner covers.

I actually kind of like that

I've resisted the temptation to post "Golden Throats" - a phenomenon of the '60s where performers of the previous generation covered current hits to pass for hip.

Such as this

This one will be nearly impossible to top, but there is a contender:

The Final Countdown

The Judas Priest cover of Johnny B Good ranks up there with the worst of all time. And I say that as a huge Priest fan. It’s just embarrassingly bad.

The hotel bar where we are staying is doing that. Imagine A Hard Days Night mumbled thru with a jazz guitar and string bass.

I can imagine Torme singing those songs on the Las Vegas Strip. That's a different crowd.
