1. Event Horizon

Can't really remember many others that I didn't want to watch again other than this.

Pet Sematary (1989) is very upsetting, especially if you have children.

The Exorcist and The Evil Dead.

Probably because I watched them as a kid. They scared the shite out of me and warped my mind.

A few of mine are:
The Witch
Midsommar
(Already named) Even Horizon
Incantation (Netflix)

Not necessarily bloody/gore fest. Just disturbing.

Exorcist
Hereditary
I saw the devil - highly recommended
The fly

Not really horror but ill throw in requiem for a dream too. That movie was seriously fricked.

Hereditary and Incantation were both creepy as hell. As I said in a thread the other day I pussied out after 15 minutes of Incantation because that shite was flat out terrifying so I am gonna go with that one.

I thought Event Horizon was a really good movie with an awesome concept but I didn’t get as creeped out by it as others seem to have. I will say though there are some scenes in that movie that I never care to see again.

The Ring traumatized me as a kid…actually made me nervous to be in a room with a TV alone at a night

If only we could have preserved the director's cut...

This thread has been pretty fricking tame in terms of a "disturbing" horror movie list.

I don't think any French Extremity has been posted, even.

I watched "Speak No Evil" last night, and while not a top 5, it's pretty fricking disturbing.

Is disturbing AF, but the hotel scenes in the sequal, The Devil's Rejects, were disturbing on another level...almost too real.

Both are fantastic movies imo, even if disturbing. I mean hell, I watched American Psycho last night for fun
