I thought the Dutton’s know the x-con that assembled the hit but do not know he was biological dad’s cellmate. Jaimie discovered that when researching the ex-con that assembled the hit.

Monica is my least favorite character in television history.
The vegan chick with John was dumb but I knew Beth would find a way to use her against the airport.
I'm interested to see where the Jamie adoption story goes.
He was brought into the duttons similarly to Rip but was adopted as a son not a hand.
Seemingly no one knows this but Jamie and John. How will Rip react? Kayce/Beth?
Or will they just not bring that to a head and waste that storyline?
This show is going downhill.

Damn, I could stop watching this show right now and this would satisfy my urge for any further resolution. Well done.
I would add that as we see Kayce riding off to the mountains, we somehow pan down on a close shot of that poor fricker still weakly clamoring to free himself from the cattle guard.

That scene was weird, though. John says something like "Do they all have it?" in reference to the brand, and Rip says that they do.
AFAIK, Teeter is the only one we saw branded. Maybe John was referring to everyone who helped settle that deal in the woods that night... but when they're specifically referring to the girls in the bunkhouse and Teeter having the brand and getting to stay because of it.. and then the other girl is now getting to stay too.... are we supposed to now just assume that she also has the brand? I dunno.. weird scene and weird resolution.

IIRC Rip said Teeter got branded after that night and then John asked if they all did so that's what I took it to mean

I remember the scene in the bunkhouse the morning after the branding. I remember Mia looking shocked at the branded farm hands, and even argued with Jimmy about it.
I do not think the Buckle Bunnies are Branded.
