Would you watch a Batman based tv drama if...

...it was done right? Kind of like a mix of CSI and Law & Order type deal. But a bit more dark.

Those were just examples. I can't really think of a good show to compare it to if it really existed.

The original animated series was awesome, but I really don't see a good TV show based on Batman. I did like some of Smallville, but I just don't know how a Batman show would do. But if they could make a decent Terminator show, they could maybe do Batman some justice.

I think they should redo The Wire with Bunk and Jimmy as Batman and Robin and Lester as Fox and then the others could be other characters. Herc could be The Thing.

I've been hoping someone would pitch this idea to WB for a long, long time.
I would LOVE to see a live-action, hour long Batman crime drama series hit prime time television; one that would explore the origins of Batman, along with the origins of all his villains.
You know that show would be a hit... as long as it was done right.
