13 Episode Seasons with very tight arcs, featuring 2 or 3 villains only.
Heavy presence of Arkham. Low tech, even for Batman.
Main characters: Bruce, Dick Grayson, Barbara Gordon, Donald Peak (or other Gotham Central member), Jim is figurehead.
Probably can't refer to anyone but Batman as their alias. Maybe Barbara as Oracle.
First Season villains: Zsasz and Joker

You're probably right. I can't see cbs or nbc taking an idea like seriously. Wasn't the a hero show on nbc that used to come on? The guy was a cop that got framed for something and he turned into his sons favorite comic book character hero.
