Did you just bash lost and then list St. Elsewhere? A show that ended as it all being in an autistic kids head.

What show has even come close to LOST in terms of relevance? Game of Thrones is the only one that comes close

What makes a tv show relevant? Ratings, assimilation into pop culture?

I'm not sure what you are thinking of when you say relevant but I can't think of anything where Lost becomes the #1 show ever.

This film has been the biggest clusterfrick of a production of the past decade. This film is absolutely going to blow, and no one can save it.

i thought the first two acts were pretty good.. it just slows down at the end with no clear path for a solution. i wonder if they are setting up for a sequel.

Absolutely. Read it and then you too can join in our pissed offness about the shitty film version of it.

based on the shitty cocktail napkin the LOST finale was mailed in on, I'm not so sure I would give much accreditation to his evauation

I disliked it at first because I felt the scope of the novel was too broad but I have really come to appreciate it. If you want a fairly realistic interpretation of what the world would be like before, during, and after a catastopic worldwide disaster, then I'd highly recommend it.

Y'all just didn't get the ending to Lost, it was perfect. Better than the ridiculous last season of the wire.

It's worth a read but it's nothing ground breaking , and outside of the Yonkers sequence it's pretty forgettable.

This would have been better off being a mini series.

So you're ing to someone shitting on the finale, but you gave up on the show after only 2 and a half seasons (and admit that you didn't even watch the finale)? Nice. Idiot.

Why the then? Let me guess...you heard the finale sucked, so you're just running with it, right?

What in the hell does this even mean? I know it's a deviation from the subject of the thread but come on.

Horse shite. The pilot in Louisiana was pretty good.

It's a tough book to enjoy at first because its so scattered. Some of the interviews are just miserably boring to read. It all ties together nicely though.

no, I got it...every last bit of it - I completely understand what happened, and where the writers went with the show, and all the minute points they wanted to convey

that doesnt escape the fact that it was a half-assed effort, and pretty much stunk
